Goods or services that are available for purchase
FAR website provides an option for FAR levy payers to pay any levies due to the organisation. From time to time, it also provides an option to register and pay for attendance at events, e.g. the FAR conference. FAR is a not-for-profit organisation and does not otherwise ‘sell’ products or services.
Delivery times and methods for goods and services
The FAR website provides payment option for compulsory levies as per the Commodity Levies Act 1990. FAR collects three separate levies under the following levy orders: Commodity Levies (Arable Crops) Order 2024, Commodity Levies (Mazie) Order 2024 and Commodity Levies (Cereal Silage) Order 2024. The website also provides a payment option for registrations and attendance at FAR events. Both levy payments and event registrations are acknowledged immediately via email confirmation including GST receipt.
Proper disclosure of your cancellations, returns and/or refund policies
Incorrect levy payments will be refunded and correct invoices issued. In the case of event cancellation by FAR, full refunds will be provided; where a request is made by a customer who is unable to attend, refunds will be at the discretion of FAR and may incur an administration fee.
Details of your security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card data
Online payments are securely processed via Eway/Windcave, both PCI DSS Level 1 compliant providers. All cardholder data is entered directly on their hosted payment pages — FAR’s systems do not store, process, or transmit any payment card information.
FAR maintains secure infrastructure and follows industry best practices for system security, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, and regular internal reviews.
