Growers Leading Change is a knowledge exchange programme that encourages arable farmers to consider, develop and introduce new ideas, technologies and ways of working.

Growers Leading Change (GLC) is a FAR knowledge exchange approach which allows FAR levy payers to form facilitated discussion group. These groups, known as Arable Growth Groups (AGGs) provide opportunities for:
GLC groups have been meeting since early 2021, and in that time, many have developed resources and summaries. If you are interested in these resources, you can find a list, with links to open and read, or download them, here.
*The first Growers Leading Change (GLC) programme began in October 2020 with the support of MPI's Sustainable Food and Fibre Futures Fund. That project has now been completed, and FAR is using the the knowledge exchange platform established by GLC to continue it working with a number of grower group.
